The industries we have studied
We work with clients well beyond this list, and on more than one platform — WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Moodle, whatever the site was built on years ago. The servers and cloud infrastructure underneath are the same, and so is the work of keeping it running. These are the verticals we have surveyed in volume and written up. More are on the way.
Dental Practices
Patient-facing sites that have to stay up, load fast on a phone, and keep the booking and intake forms working through every WordPress update.
How we work with them
Private Schools & Preschools
Admissions sites, calendars and parent portals that peak hard around enrolment season and cannot be down when applications open.

Nonprofits & Foundations
Donation pages, grant-reporting microsites and event registration, maintained on a budget that has to survive a board meeting.

Legal Practices
Firm sites where a contact form is the intake pipeline, and a client-facing outage is a credibility problem before it is a technical one.

Marketing & Creative Agencies
The one vertical that buys the whole stack — because you are hosting and maintaining sites for your own clients, and a support call is your problem before it is theirs.

Media & Publishing
Editorial sites where traffic arrives in spikes, the CMS is load-bearing, and a slow page is measured directly in lost ad revenue.

Why the list is short, for now
We serve a great deal more than six industries. What is short is the list we have done the homework on and published — and that list is getting longer.
We survey before we write
Before publishing a word about a vertical we check the public websites of businesses in it, at volume — what they are built on, what is broken, what is slow. Each page is written from what we found rather than from what we assume, which is why there are not twenty of them yet.
The list keeps growing
A vertical appears here once the research behind it is done. If yours is not on the page, it means we have not got to it — not that we cannot help. Tell us what you run and we will answer from experience either way.
Underneath, it is the same work
A dental practice, a school and a publisher are running a content system on a server, whichever one it happens to be. What changes between them is what breaks first and what it costs when it does, and that is what these pages are about.
Your industry is not on the list
That is a gap in our publishing, not in what we do. Most of our clients are in verticals with no page here yet. Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
