Your production system is broken. We can help today.

Server down. Website hacked. Database stopped. Deployment failed. Application or production code blocking the business.

Start an Emergency Response online. Successful payment creates a priority incident and alerts the on-call engineer.

What happens next

How we work through an incident

The same sequence every time, so you know what is being done and who owns it without having to ask.

  1. Acknowledge

Confirm ownership of the incident and establish the communication channel.

  2. Triage

Determine impact, recent changes, available access, and immediate risks.

  3. Stabilize

Restore essential service or contain the compromise where possible.

  4. Recover

Repair the failure, restore data or code, and verify operation.

  5. Handoff

Document the work, remaining risks, and recommended follow-up.

We do not promise a restoration time before an engineer has seen the system. How long a fix takes depends on the fault, the available access and the condition of what is left.

Use the Client Portal for incidents involving an enrolled asset. Your plan’s response target applies; do not purchase Emergency Response for the same incident.

Once the incident is stable, we can discuss ongoing management to reduce the chance of it happening again.
