We bill in 15-minute increments. Small questions answered via email are typically not billed unless they require research or hands-on work.
Do unused hours expire?
Hours are valid for 90 days to 12 months depending on your package. The 10 and 20 hour packages include rollover options to extend unused time.
What if I have an emergency?
All hour package clients have access to emergency support. Critical issues are prioritized. For guaranteed SLA response times, consider our managed service plans.
Can I use hours for any type of work?
