cPanel & WHM support and server management
- We support it
- We run it for clients
cPanel is how a lot of small businesses meet their server: email accounts, DNS, SSL and backups behind one login. We support cPanel and WHM directly, and run cPanel servers for clients who’d rather someone else held the keys.

How we work with cPanel & WHM
- Support
We support it
Email that won’t send or lands in spam, SSL that won’t install, a disk that’s mysteriously full, accounts hitting their limits: the everyday cPanel problems, resolved and explained.
- Managed
We run it for clients
Managed cPanel servers: patching, backups, monitoring, security hardening and WHM administration, so the panel is a tool rather than a responsibility.

cPanel & WHM problems we fix
You don’t need to know the technical name for it. Tell us what’s happening, and we’ll work out what needs attention.
-
“Email is bouncing, delayed, or going to spam.”
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reverse DNS, blocklists and mail-queue issues. We work through them in order and verify delivery.
-
“SSL won’t install, or AutoSSL keeps failing.”
DNS mismatches, proxy conflicts and old CAA records, usually. We fix the cause rather than retrying.
-
“The disk is full and we don’t know why.”
Logs, backups, mail and cache are the usual suspects. We find it, clean it safely, and stop it filling again.
-
“We need to move accounts to a new server.”
WHM transfers or manual migrations, with DNS cut over so mail and sites keep working throughout.
-
“Accounts keep hitting CPU or memory limits.”
We find what’s using the resources, fix or contain it, and set limits that fit real usage.
-
“We’re worried the server isn’t secure.”
Firewall, brute-force protection, updates, PHP versions and an access review, done as a checklist and then kept up.

The services behind the cPanel & WHM work
Questions we get
cPanel & WHM, answered plainly
Do you support Plesk as well?
Yes. The problems are similar and we work with both panels.
Can you manage a cPanel server we already have?
Yes. We take over management of existing servers regularly; the first step is an audit of what’s on it and how it’s configured.
Should we even be on cPanel?
For a business that manages its own email and a few sites, it’s often the right tool. We’ll say so if a different setup would serve you better.
Will you deal with the hosting provider for us?
If you’d like. Many clients prefer us to be the ones talking to the host.
